چکیده
Abstract Background Infectious bursal disease (IBD) is an economically very important issue to the poultry industry and it one of major threats nation’s food security. The pathogen, a highly pathogenic strain virulent IBD virus causes high mortality immunosuppression in chickens. importance understanding underlying genes that could combat this now global interest order control future outbreaks. We had looked at identified novel elucidate pathogenicity following infection possible resistance present Results A set sequences retrieved from virus-infected chickens did not map chicken reference genome were de novo assembled, clustered analysed. From six inbred lines, we managed assemble 10,828 uni-transcripts screened 618 which most significant known genes, as determined by BLASTX searches. Based on differentially expressed (DEGs) analysis, 12 commonly upregulated 18 downregulated uni-genes all lines with false discovery rate q-value < 0.05. Yet, only 9 13 BLAST hits against Non-redundant Swiss-Prot databases. ontology enrichment keywords these DEGs associated immune response, cell signalling apoptosis. Consequently, Weighted Gene Correlation Network Analysis R tool was used predict functional annotation remaining unknown no hits. Interestingly, functions three predicted be related innate while five surface functions. These results further elucidated supported current molecular knowledge regarding pathophysiology chicken’s infected IBDV. Conclusion Our data revealed up- immune- extracellular binding-related, respectively. Expression, purification and glycosylation analysis of chicken infectious bursal disease virus VP2 in yeast
Infectious bursal disease (IBD), a highly contagious and devastating disease in young chicken, is causedby infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV). To improve the immunogenicity of recombinant IBDV subunitvaccine, an attempt was made to find a new way to prepare IBD vaccine containing glycosylated mVP2antigen. Firstly, IBDV mVP2 gene (with a nucleic acid sequence encoding B cell epitope of IBDV(...
متن کاملInfectious Bursal Disease Virus Influences the Transcription of Chicken γc and γc Family Cytokines during Infection
Infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) infection causes immunodeficiency in chickens. To understand cell-mediated immunity during IBDV infection, this study perform a detailed analysis of chicken γc chain (chCD132) and γc family cytokines, including interleukins 2, 4, 7, 9, and 15. The mouse anti-chCD132 monoclonal antibody (mAb) was first generated by the E.coli-expressed γc protein. Immunoflu...
متن کاملIn vitro characterization of chicken bone marrow-derived dendritic cells following infection with very virulent infectious bursal disease virus.
Infectious bursal disease is caused by infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV), an immunosuppressive virus that targets immune cells such as B cells and macrophages. However, the involvement of dendritic cells (DCs) during IBDV infection is not well understood. In this study the in vitro effects of live and inactivated very virulent IBDV (vvIBDV) UPM0081 on bone marrow-derived DCs (BM-DC) were c...
